Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (US Only)

  • Delivery Timeline: Please allow at least 7–10 business days for your order to arrive.

  • Carrier & Methods: All packages are shipped via USPS.

    • Fragrance Items: All fragrance items must be shipped via Ground Advantage (no exceptions) per USPS hazardous materials regulations.

    • All Other Items: Non-fragrance items may be shipped via Ground Advantage or Priority Mail.

  • Insurance: Priority shipping and Ground Advantage include tracking and limited insurance. Additional insurance can be purchased upon request for high-ticket items.

  • Liability: Quirky Finds will not cover lost or stolen items once tracking has confirmed delivery.

  • Shipping Schedule: We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Please allow one extra business day for processing after a holiday or a sale.


International Shipping Policy

Quirky Finds offers international shipping exclusively to: Australia, Austria, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

1. Mandatory Priority Mail International

To ensure the security of your purchase and provide valid proof of delivery, all international orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. * Tracking: Comprehensive end-to-end tracking is included.

  • Insurance: Standard indemnity coverage is included.

  • Transit Time: Generally 6–10 business days (excludes customs processing time).

2. Eligibility & Restrictions

  • Eligible Items: Handbags, travel bags, compacts, lipstick cases, powders, soaps, empty factices, decorative bottles, and fragrance samples/decants (5ml or less).

  • Prohibited Items: Full-size fragrance bottles (over 5ml) cannot be shipped internationally. Orders containing restricted items will be canceled and refunded.

3. Customs, Duties, and Refusals

  • Fees: The recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

  • Policy on Refusal: If a package is returned because the customer refused to pay customs fees or failed to collect the package, original shipping costs will not be refunded.


General Shipping Information

  • Address Errors: If a package is returned or lost due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for redelivery charges. No refunds will be provided if a missed or lost delivery is due to customer error.

  • Delivered Packages: Quirky Finds is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that tracking has confirmed as delivered. Upon request, we will provide the necessary information for the customer to investigate missing packages with the carrier.

  • Product Integrity: Quirky Finds sells vintage fragrances. If a fragrance is at high risk of leaking, it will be decanted into a clean, secure plastic bottle prior to shipping.

  • Factices: All factices will be emptied prior to shipping to comply with weight and safety regulations.
