OVERVIEW This website is operated by Quirky Finds. Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Quirky Finds. We specialize in vintage and pre-owned fragrances, miniatures, collectible handbags, and accessories — items that are rare, discontinued, and no longer in production. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

However, due to the nature of vintage goods, minor variations in color, scent character, and appearance may occur and are not considered defects. Historical product information is provided for reference only. We reserve the right to correct errors or update listings at any time.

SECTION 4 - PRICING & SERVICE MODIFICATIONS Prices are subject to change without notice, reflecting the rare and one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without liability to you or any third party.

SECTION 5 - VINTAGE ITEMS & PRODUCT CONDITION All items sold by Quirky Finds are vintage and pre-owned unless explicitly stated otherwise. Our inventory includes fragrances, miniatures, collectible handbags, and accessories that are decades old and no longer in production.

  • Fill levels: Products may be full, partial, or otherwise noted in the individual listing. Fill level is disclosed in each product description to the best of our ability.
  • Condition: Items are vintage and may show age-appropriate wear including box wear, label fading, or minor cosmetic imperfections. All known flaws are disclosed in the listing.
  • Fragrance integrity: Vintage fragrances may have evolved in scent character over time due to age and storage. This is inherent to vintage perfumery and is not grounds for return.
  • Handbags: Vintage handbags may show age-appropriate wear including hardware patina, lining wear, or minor cosmetic imperfections consistent with age and use. All known condition issues are disclosed in the individual listing.
  • Authenticity: All items are represented to the best of our knowledge and sourced with care. We do not sell reproductions or counterfeits.

By purchasing from Quirky Finds, you acknowledge and accept the vintage and pre-owned nature of all items.

SECTION 5A - PERSONAL USE ONLY — NO RESALE OR DECANTING All purchases from Quirky Finds are intended for personal use only.

  • Resale, unauthorized decanting, or redistribution of any product purchased from Quirky Finds is strictly prohibited.
  • Quirky Finds reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders we believe are intended for commercial resale, decanting for profit, or redistribution.
  • Customers found to be purchasing for resale or decanting purposes may have their orders cancelled, accounts suspended, and may be held responsible for any applicable fees or losses incurred by Quirky Finds.

SECTION 6 - ORDERS & BILLING We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. We may limit quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order — particularly where orders appear to be placed by resellers or distributors. In the event of a cancellation, we will attempt to notify you via the email or phone number provided at checkout. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase and account information for all transactions.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY LINKS We may provide access to third-party tools and links as a convenience. These are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
