Daniel Aubusson introduced Histoire d’Amour—French for “Love Story”—in 1984. Mandarin, bergamot, basil and osmanthus brighten a floral heart of jasmine, rose, narcissus, orange blossom and ylang-ylang, while oakmoss, sandalwood, patchouli, honey, labdanum, civet and musk give the chypre base a warm, lasting depth.
