In-Depth Summary:
Emanuel Ungaro introduced Diva in 1983 as a perfume counterpart to his richly draped, expressive couture. Jacques Polge and François Demachy created an aldehydic floral chypre in which bergamot, rosewood and hyacinth lead into rose, jasmine, tuberose, carnation, orris and ylang-ylang. Patchouli, vetiver, honey, oakmoss, labdanum and soft animalic notes give it the lush, confident finish its name suggests. The sculpted bottle echoes the folds of an Ungaro gown.
