Sealed bottles that have been opened will not be refunded
Unused items that have been used will not be refunded

Items purchased outside the USA will have 10 days from the confirmed delivery date to receive a full refund

Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS. US orders please allow 7-10 business days for arrival (they will usually arrive sooner). Per USPS guidelines all fragrances will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Quirky Finds does not ship on the weekend. Please provide an accurate address and shipping information. If a package is not delivered due to an inaccurate shipping address the customer will be responsible for redelivery cost. All orders will receive a confirmation email with tracking. Please check your spam if not received.
Quirky Finds will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered.
At this time items containing perfume or alcohol cannot be shipped internationally. International orders, please allow 7-21 business days for airmail delivery (sometimes sooner, sometimes later). Airmail can be unpredictable and offers limited tracking. Quirky Finds will not be responsible for any custom charges or items held by customs.
