Germaine Cellier created Bandit for Robert Piguet in 1942, giving the couturier a perfume as daring as its name. Green galbanum, citrus and aromatic herbs sharpen a floral-spice heart, while tobacco, patchouli, oakmoss, leather, resins and musk form its dark, dry chypre base. The scent reached the United States in 1944.
