Introduced in 1934, Blue Grass takes its name from the landscape around Elizabeth Arden’s Virginia retreat and reflects her love of horses. Created by George Fuchs, Blue Grass opens with aldehydes, lavender and citrus before revealing a rich floral bouquet. Sandalwood, musk, tonka and benzoin lend warmth to its base. The horse became an enduring emblem of the line.
