James Galanos introduced his signature perfume in 1979 after two years of careful development with Dana. The rich floral oriental layers citrus, gardenia and lily of the valley with orange flower, jasmine, rose, ylang-ylang and carnation, then settles into spice, moss, woods, amber, vanilla and musk. Its couture-minded debut earned major Fragrance Foundation honors in 1980.
